UPDATE: Jobless Figures Out This Morning

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Many economists are expecting strong numbers when the federal government releases May's jobless figures this morning.

Economists surveyed by FactSet predict that employers added 220,000 jobs last month.

But they say the jobless rate likely went up to 6.4 percent from 6.3 percent because more people started looking for jobs in May.
