TOONE, TN. (WBKO) -- A worker that was seriously burned after an explosion at the Kilgore Plant in Toone Tennessee, has died.
Michael Chism was burned over 90% of his body in Saturday's blast.
The plant is under investigation after having two explosions just a few hours apart.
No one was hurt in the second blast, which is being called a controlled explosion.
Agents from the ATF say they should have some answers as to what caused the first explosion quickly.
The plant makes military decoy flares.
