We have updates on the fatal road construction accident on Highway 90-E in Barren County that happened just before noon yesterday.
The construction worker killed in that accident was Kenneth E. Decker of Bee Spring in Edmonson County.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration says the accident happened when workers were pouring concrete to form a retention wall along the road. OSHA says the metal form that holds that 24 by 12ft wall in place during construction, fell killing Decker and injuring three others.
the names of those injured are not being released by OSHA while they continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
