HARLAN, KY. (AP) -- Authorities say a 15-year-old boy has drowned in an eastern Kentucky lake.
The Harlan Daily Enterprise reports a Harlan County Rescue Squad Captain found the body of Jeffrey Mullins of St. Charles, VA. Sunday evening in Martins Fork Lake.
Harlan County deputy coroner Jim Rich said Mullins' family told him they had come to the lake for a day of swimming.
