WKU Holds Three Commencement Ceremonies

It was an exciting day at Diddle Arena as WKU's undergraduate class of 2012 crossed the stage and received their diplomas.

About 2,200 students graduated today for WKU's 171st commencement.

Students were split into three ceremonies throughout the day.

WKU officials say the commencement ceremonies continue to increase to accommodate growing numbers.

Parents and students are looking forward to what the future has in store.

The ceremony included a speech by President Gary Ransdell and graduates.

About 500 additional students are expected to complete their degrees this summer.
