The day is approaching to save the Warren County Aquatic Facility.

Warren County Parks & Recreation Director Chris Kummer says they have a partner lined up to save the pool.

The pool received an extension from the county to come up with the $178,000 needed in order to keep the pool open.

Kummer says he is confident the pool will be saved thanks to a rally of support from the community.

"We're actually here because of not just our department but citizens of Warren County helping us find a partner and our sponsor to keep this thing going so it's very very humbling," says Kummer.

Kummer would not reveal who the partner, or partners are, but hopes to at a fiscal court meeting scheduled for Thursday morning.
