Warren County Officials Not Sure If Tommy Brown Will Go Back To Work

"I'm really not sure if he's decided exactly what he's going to do. He remains on administrative leave without pay at this time," said Warren County Sheriff Chief Deputy Tommy Smith.

On Wednesday, a Warren County Grand Jury did not indict Tommy Brown, so now the question is, will Brown return to work?

Brown is a court security officer at the Warren County Justice Center.

A grand jury decided that he did not commit a crime when he shot Brandon Bradshaw on February 26th, and currently Warren County officials aren't sure when or if he will come back to work.

"I'm really not sure if he's decided exactly what he's going to do. He remains on administrative leave without pay at this time," said Warren County Sheriff Chief Deputy Tommy Smith.

The Sheriff's Department said they would not be letting Brown go, it would be up to him decide if he wants to return or not.

They also said, they're going to give him as much time as he needs.
