COVINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- A northern Kentucky woman is set for sentencing after admitting to stealing $261,000 from her employer, a title company.

U.S. District Judge David Bunning will hear the case of Pamela Brown on Friday morning at the federal courthouse in Covington.

Brown pleaded guilty in January to writing checks on company accounts from Northern Kentucky Title of Fort Wright to herself and used office stamps to approve the checks over a seven-year period. Prosecutors say Brown used some of the money to pay personal bills.

Prosecutors are seeking 51 months in prison for Brown, saying she abused her position of trust in the company.

Brown's attorneys have not objected to the recommended sentence. They also requested that Bunning order mental health treatment as part of the sentence.
