This week the Hart County Grand Jury indicted former Kentucky State Representative Steve Nunn, on six counts of wanton endangerment, based on events that occurred on September 11 in Hart County.
Nunn is accused of fatally shooting Amanda Ross that night outside her Lexington home.
He was found later at Cosby Cemetery in Hart County, where his mother and father, former Governor Louie B. Nunn is buried.
Steve Nunn has pleaded not guilty.
