Bowling Green Police are investigating a robbery and assault in this week's Crime Stoppers.

Sometime after midnight Thursday morning March 11, a man reported he was robbed and stabbed after leaving Froggy’s in the 1200 block of College Street.

The victim, 48-year-old Regie Babb, was stabbed and beaten somewhere near 14th Avenue, while walking to a friend’s house.

The suspect took Babb’s wallet and cell phone. Babb was transferred to Vanderbilt Hospital due to the severity of his wounds.

Police are looking for a large build white male with short hair ,who was seen walking in the alley between Adams Street and Kentucky Street near 14th Avenue.

Police are also looking for a slender, white male, with shoulder length, sandy blonde hair, who may have been in the area at the time of the assault.
