If you didn't wear green Wednesday, you better hope your co-workers aren't mean-spirited or you might have felt a few pinches!

Rachel Collier found one workplace with festive employees serving up fun--St. Patrick's day style.

Mariah's is a historic building in downtown Bowling Green, and the retaurant is celebrating 30 years. Once you walk in the doors on St. Patrick's day, you'll notice they're celebrating something else too.

First you'll be greeted by a festive lady decked out in green, then you'll likely get a server, like Stephen Biles who's also dressed in the St. Patty's day spirit.

"My wig? I don't know, it's just something I found and I love being green and Irish and it's just fun," said Biles.

St. Patrick's day sems to be a day to cut up and enjoy yourself.

"People are lovin' my hair," said Biles, "people are coming and touching it and seeing where i got if from so it's been funny."

And the Eastside Homemakers enjoyed their entertaining leprechaun of a waiter and his outfit.

"He spent a little time on it, it's good, he's cute," said Jimmie Martin.

And the luck of the Irish landed the ladies a complimentary traditional Irish meal. "It looks wonderful, it's corned beef and cabbage and carrots and rye bread and it's good, so I shared it."

A simple spirit and a silly costume can make an ordinary day as good as a pot of gold.

"Have fun, you don't have to be stiff, you can joke around with your tables, they love seeing something different, something exciting," said Biles.
Mariah's is also serving the ever-so-popular green beer. They dress up for every holiday, and even get in the spirit for WKU and Hot Rods games.
