The People's Law School held their first of 2 sessions today called "Planning Ahead".

Kentucky Legal Aid joined with English, Lucas, Preist and Owesley Law Firm to discuss with the public the probate process of preparing a living will.

This session included information regarding Powers of Attorney and how to handle your estate properly.

Cyndi Crocker for the Bowling Green Bar Association says these discussions benefit any and everyone of all ages.

"This program is not just for the elderly, really everybody needs to have a will and the progam was free and open to the public so just anyone interested could come."

The second session of "Planning Ahead" will be held on April 17th at the new Community Education building.
