Bowling Green Man Faces Incest Charges

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - A Bowling Green man is behind bars after being charged with incest.

Bowling Green Police say 54-year-old James Davis, Jr. admitted to have sexual contact with a family member in January of this year. The incident took place at his apartment on Cove Drive in Bowling Green.

An anonymous tip notified police of the incident, who then called in social services.

Now, more charges may be pending against Davis.

"This investigation continues. There is more information that we need to gather from other people just to determine that we know everything we can about the case," says Officer Ronnie Ward of the Bowling Green Police Department.

David is being held in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $25,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
