LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- The Louisville-based company said Friday, it had acquired Bluff Media, whose assets include the poker periodical Bluff Magazine and its online version. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Other Bluff Media assets acquired by Churchill include an online database that tracks and ranks the performance of poker players, as well as blogs and forums aimed at poker enthusiasts. Bluff Media is based in Atlanta.

Churchill owns and operates its namesake racetrack in Louisville, as well as racetrack and casino operations in Florida and Louisiana, a racetrack in Illinois, and a casino resort in Mississippi.
