Congressman Brett Guthrie Speaks About First Term

Kentucky Congressman Brett Guthrie is in town speaking to the Military Officers Association of America about his first term in congress.

Congressman Guthrie told stories about his first days in Washington, finding office space, learning the rules, and different traditions.

The Congressman also answered a few questions about the November election, the New York Mosque, and health care.

He also says he supports Doctor Rand Paul.

"Dr. Paul, I've known him for a long time he's always been since I've been in Frankfort leader of a watch dog group for tax payers on Government spending too much money. If the issues for you are spending, debt and economic growth then he's the candidate I'm supporting," said Rep. Brett Guthrie.

Congressman Guthrie mentioned the Mosque in New York should not be built near Ground Zero.
