It was a narrow victory for Mitt Romney in the Iowa Caucuses as he beat Rick Santorum by only eight votes.
Texas Congressman Ron Paul was third.
If he loses his presidential bid, ABC News Political Analyst, Cokie Roberts, says Paul has said he will not run for Congress again, but there's talk he could run as a third party candidate.
While Congressman Paul has quieted that discussion, Roberts says that could mean trouble for his son, Bowling Green's Rand Paul.
"I think that would be a problem for Senator Paul because that would be a rift in the Republican party," said Roberts.
Roberts says another interesting note about the Iowa Caucuses is that Senator Paul had a lot of tea party support in the last election, but his father, Congressman Paul, did not. Most of the tea party vote went to Rick Santorum.
