Obama Expresses Condolences for Oslo Victims

President Obama offered his condolences to Norway days after two attacks killed 76 people.

The president visited the Norwegian ambassador's residence in Washington along with vice-president Joe Biden.

The two signed a condolence book.

Norwegian police say Anders Breivik is responsible.

They say he admitted to bombing government buildings in Oslo then going on a shooting rampage at a political youth camp.
