FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) -- The group made that disclosure in a largely blank nine-page report that was filed Friday with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance.
Most of the ads being run by Restoring America have been attacks on Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear. Some have promoted the candidacy of Republican challenger David Williams.
The group's financial report, required under Kentucky law, lists only itself as a donor. It also lists only one expenditure: $1.3 million paid to Ohio-based Strategic Media Placement to purchase air time.
The group also reported no debts or other financial obligations.
