Rick Santorum says he would get the Republican presidential nomination if the race were to last until the GOP convention.

Santorum says if the race remains undecided by the party's August gathering in Tampa, the GOP won't nominate a moderate former Massachusetts governor who has outspent his opponents, but can't knock them out of the race.
