Williams' Father-in-Law Gives $1 Million to GOP Gov. Assoc.

The father-in-law of Republican gubernatorial candidate David Williams makes a $1 million contribution to the Republican Governor's Association.

Terry Stephens says he's not in the habit of making such large contributions, but he says David is family.

The RGA said even before Stephens' contribution, they planned to be aggressively involved in the Kentucky race.

Only one of four in the nation this year.
