Cyber thieves are going phishing, and this kind of fishing doesn't involve a fishing pole.

Phishing occurs when false emails that appear to be from a credible source are sent to get personal information from everyday people.

A report by IBM's X-Force states that in 2007, 19 of the top 20 companies targeted were in the banking industry.

These 21st Century criminals are taking a users login and password and emptying their accounts.
