If you're looking to kick your workout up another notch, there's some good news.
Nike and Apple have announced they'll be workout partners this year.
The two companies will be working with gym equipment manufacturers and health clubs to allow members to plug their iPod Nanos into cardio equipment.
You'll be able to track your workouts, set goals and upload the information to a Nike website.
This marks the second time Nike and Apple have teamed up.
The new technology is expected to hit more than 500 gyms worldwide this summer.

YouTube is going live.
The company's co-founder Steve Chen says the site plans to launch a live video service.
YouTube had always wanted to offer live video, but lacked the resources.
But now with Google on their side they can make it happen.
Live video isn't new to the Internet, Yahoo launched a similar service in February.
