Working out has its benefits. You feel better, you look better and you protect yourself from certain illnesses, but what if you already have a chronic illness? Can working out still help you?
Doctors are saying yes it can!
Even though your disease may leave you tired and weary, just a little time at the gym can help you battle the disease.
The key is to not overdo it.
If you find yourself getting tired, take a break then get back to it.
So if you struggle with heart disease, Parkinson's or other illnesses, today's doctors say keep fit and stay active.
Also, on the Dot-Com Desk:
We all know you can order pizza from your cell phone and now you can order movies too!
CinemaNow announces you can watch movie trailers and even rent movies right through their mobile website!
Downloading movies can take over an hour, so if you're hanging out with friends and ready to head out, your movie will be ready to watch right when you get home!
You can't download entire movies yet to your cell phone. but the company hopes to do so by 2009.
