It is their hope this 72,000 square foot structure with utilities already installed, will improve efforts to market the transpark to companies that could customize it to their specific needs.
"To have a building that's already put their shell up," says Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce Communications Director Jessica Thompson, "cuts a significant amount of time out for when you want to start production."
Officials say the steel building on ten acres will be expandable to accommodate 45,000 more square feet of space if needed.
They call it a state-of-the-art structure, in a state-of-the-art transpark.
