GLASGOW - Okley Dugard, 86, of Glasgow died July 17, 2006, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. The Barren County native was a farmer, a World War II veteran and a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Arthur Dugard and Myrtie Lawson Dugard. Funeral is at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, with burial in White Cemetery. Visitation begins at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Survivors include two sisters, Edna Bowles of Glasgow and Geneva Wilborn of Temple Hill; and several nieces and nephews.
