| SCOTTSVILLE — Juanita Goad Harper, 84, of Scottsville died at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 15, 2003, at her home. The Allen County native was a homemaker and attended Scottsville General Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late James “Jim” Luke Goad and Beulah Bell Rather Goad and the wife of the late Harold Ray Harper. She was preceded in death by a brother, Woodrow Goad; and a half sister, Pearl Goad. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home, with burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. Survivors include a daughter, Helen Tabor of Scottsville; a half sister, Beulah Goad of Scottsville; two grandchildren, Jeff Tabor and Bart Tabor and his wife, Jeanetta Tabor, all of Scottsville; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Jeremy and Jacob Tabor, all of Scottsville, and Nikki Kutzbach of Savannah, Ill.; two stepgreat-grandsons, Michael and Larry Higdon, both of Scottsville; a stepgranddaughter, Tonya Higdon of Scottsville; two great-great-grandchildren; and five great-great-stepgrandchildren. | |
