LEWISBURG — James Lemuel Gibson, 79, of Danville died at 10 p.m. Oct. 29, 2009, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. The Lewisburg native was born May 5, 1930. He was an accountant with Robinson-Hughes-Christopher CPAs and was a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Hilma Gibson and Doris Belle Gibson. Funeral is at 10 a.m. Thursday at Price Funeral Home, with burial in Stuarts Chapel Cemetery. Visitation begins at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Survivors include a nephew, Alan Gregory of Lewisburg; and two nieces, Carol Payne of Camarillo, Calif., and Jackie Gregory of Franklin, Tenn.
