| Judith Ann “Judy” Wilson Johnson, 65, of Bowling Green died at 5:16 am. Nov. 6, 2009, at her residence. The Warren County native was born April 29, 1944. She was a housewife, a homemaker and a Baptist. She loved to cook and take care of her family. Her family was everything to her. She was the peacemaker. She was a daughter of the late Ray Wilson and Earline Manco Wilson of Bowling Green, who survives. She was preceded in death by a son- in-law, Danny Simmons; two brothers, David and Don Wilson; and brothers- and sisters-in-law, Willie Glass, Dee Johnson, Ruby Bratcher, Alma Whitaker and Frances Orange. Funeral is at 1 p.m. Wednesday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with burial in Goshen Cemetery in Alvaton. Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Johnson; two daughters, Debbie Simmons and Tina Annette Lamastus and her husband, Brent, all of Bowling Green; a sister, Bobby J. “J.R.” Johnson of Bowling Green; three sisters, Pauline Gross and her husband, Billy, Jearlou Glass and Gail Hopper and her husband, Ronnie, all of Bowling Green; three brothers, James Wilson, Bro. Terry Joe Wilson and his wife, Sandy, and Everette D. Wilson, all of Bowling Green; five grandchildren, Daniel Simmons and his wife, Brittany, Joseph Simmons and his wife, Kodi, Christopher and Josh Lamastus and Nicholas Johnson; and six great-grandchildren, Damien, Hayley, Layla, Kiley, Skyler and Logan. | |
