| Danny Lee Sherfey, 64, of Glasgow, died Nov. 17, 2009, at his residence. He was a former mechanic for the city of Glasgow and a son of Oberia Wood of Glasgow, who survives, and the late Haskel Sherfey. Funeral is at 1 p.m. Friday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation begins at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home. Other survivors include two sons, Ricky Sherfey and Rodney Sherfey and his wife, Angela, all of Glasgow; five grandchildren, Derek Sherfey and his wife, Hope, Corey Sherfey, Dustin Sherfey, Justin Sherfey and Hunter Sherfey; two brothers, Marty Sherfey and his wife, Geraldine, and Timmy Sherfey and his wife, Shelby; a sister, Nancy Mathews and her husband, Kelly; five nieces and nephews, Chris Sherfey and his wife, Gina, Steve Mathews and his wife, Susan, Alysia Wheeler and her husband, Anthony, Tonya Wade and her husband, Jessie, and Kyle Sherfey and his wife, Nikki; and four great-nieces and nephews, Riley Jo, Khloe, Draylan and Lancyn. | |
