GLASGOW — Allen Martin, 66, of Glasgow died May 25, 2004, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. The Lucas native was a Vietnam War Army veteran and was retired from Bowling Green Municipal Utilities and farming. He was a son of the late Clarence E. Martin and Mae Turner Martin. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Lee, Wilson, Paul and David Martin; and a sister, Nadine Morgan. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home. Survivors include four sisters, Etta Calvert and her husband, Kenneth, with whom Allen Martin lived, Margie Ward, Ann Norman and Mary D. Carter, all of Glasgow; four brothers, Orby, Richard and Billy Joe Martin, all of Glasgow, and Herbert Martin of Seattle; and several nieces and nephews.
