Betty Louise Holland Ausbrooks, 60, of Adolphus, died at 2:50 p.m. Feb. 5, 2010, at The Medical Center at Scottsville. The Lafayette, Tenn., native was a homemaker, a former employee of G.E., former owner and operator of Ausbrooks Ceramics and a member of Mount Olive United Methodist Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher. She was the daughter of the late John David Holland and Betty Jean Brooks Holland, of Lafayette, Tenn., who survives. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason Huffines. Funeral is at 1 p.m. Monday at Goad Funeral Home, with burial in Walker’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and begins at 7 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Other survivors include her husband, Bobby Ausbrooks; two daughters, Donna Ausbrooks, of Adolphus, and Barbara Ausbrooks, of Scottsville; two brothers, David Holland and his wife, Angela, of Amos, and Ronnie Glen Holland and his wife, Brenda, of Lafayette, Tenn.; two sisters, Hilda Holland Lawrence and her husband, Richard Doyle, of Bowling Green, and Bonnie Holland Morgan, of Scottsville; a grandson, Jamie Ausbrooks and his wife, Brittany, of Adolphus; two great-granddaughters, Bailey and Addison Ausbrooks; and several nieces and nephews.
