The numbers are in and so far they say Governor-Elect Steve Beshear out-raised Governor Ernie Fletcher in the gubernatorial election.

A report filed this weekend by Beshear with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance shows Beshear raised nearly $7.1-million in his campaign and spent around $6.8-million.

The latest numbers show Fletcher had raised about $3.7-million and spent about $3.4-million on his campaign.

Fletcher has not yet filed his latest campaign finance report.

The deadline is this week.
