The White House is continuing its push to counter what it calls a campaign of disinformation about President Barack Obama's proposed health-care overhaul.
It's getting the message out through its Web site, use of its press operation, and affiliated groups.
Aides say the president will also devote town halls in Montana tomorrow and Colorado on Saturday to exploding myths about the plan. Those include charges that Obama wants the government to run hospitals and doctors' offices, and that so-called "death panels" would decide or deny end-of-life care.
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs also says angry scenes at other town-hall meetings around the country don't represent what most people want. He says most Americans want reasoned debate.
