Bourbon Chicken Kabob

Directions:
While the grill is heating up, mix first five ingredients and set aside.
Cut chicken and vegetables into 1 1/2" to 2" pieces and thread on skewers (if using wood skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes). Place on grill over medium-high flames, baste with sauce each time you turn them. Close lid in between turns, approx 3-4 minutes per side. This can also be done on an indoor grill pan or without the skewers in a fry pan. |
