ALL SEASONS BACON WRAPPED BBQ BURGERS w/ FRESH HERB MAYONNAISE

Ingredients:
ALL SEASONS FRESH HERB MAYONAISE Stir together ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil, 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives and 1 pressed garlic clove. Chill until ready to serve. |

Directions:
Precook or microwave bacon until edges have just begun to crinkle but is not completely cooked. Set aside on paper towel.
Saute’ mushrooms and onions in olive oil approx 4-5 minutes or until soft. Remove from heat and stir in 2 tbsp of John Henry’s Honey BBQ Sauce or your favorite and set aside. Preheat Broil King Gas Grill or smoker to 350 degrees or “medium” on other product. Shape ground beef into 8 thin patties. Place 2 tbsp mushroom mixture into center of four patties and cover with remaining patties. Press edges to seal. Wrap two strips of bacon around edges securing with wood toothpick. Cover and chill for approx 10 minutes to stiffen. Grill patties on Broil King at 350 degrees for approx 5-6 minutes per side basting each side with remaining BBQ sauce. On other product, until meat reaches 145 degrees. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve on toasted sesame seed buns or chapatti bread with Fresh Herb Mayonnaise and the usual garnishments.
