Salsa Shrimp Appetizer
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. chives
  • 1 (16-oz) jar medium chunky salsa
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg. tiny shrimp
  • Directions:
    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add salsa until well blended. Stir in chives and shrimp. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving with assorted crackers.
