Herb Encrusted Pan Fried Tilapia

Ingredients:

Directions:
Finely chop Basil, Parsley, and Oregano. Mix Herbs with fish coating. Rub Fish Fillets with olive oil, then coat with fish and herb mixture. Sprinkle top of each fillet with seasoned sea salt.
Heat skillet to Medium High with 1/4 cup Canola Oil. Place fish bottom side first, then turn, approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Serve over rice. |
