Pumpkin Roll
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 can pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • One teaspoon lemon
  • Two teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • Mix well**

    FILLING
  • 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
  • 3 TEASPOON BUTTER
  • 3 CUP POWDER SUGAR
  • DASH OF VANILLA
  • MIX UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY
  • SIT IN FRIDGE UNTIL READY TO USE
  • Directions:
    Line jelly roll pan with wax paper spray with nonstick oil

    Fill pan sprinkle with nuts if desire bake at 350 until done (5/10 min until done to touch)

    Lay towel out cover with powder sugar flip cooked pumpkin onto towel roll/up towel set aside to cool

    Best if placed in fridge over night MIX FILLING unroll pumpkin spread filling roll back up wrap tight fridge till ready to serve
