Warm Gingerbread Dessert
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 5 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup Molasses
  • 1/2 cup hot tap water
  • 2 eggs
  • Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 in square baking pan or individual bundt type pan. Stir together flour, baking soda, spices. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and molasses, stir together. Add eggs and mix to combine. Add dry ingredients, stir just until mixed. Pour into baking pan and bake 30-40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
