All Seasons Brown Sugar & Mustard Salmon

Preparation:
Combine mayonnaise and seasoning and set aside. Combine sugar, mustard, and curry in second small bowl. Preheat grill to 350 degrees. Coat both sides of salmon with olive oil and grill approx. 3 minutes on one side. Turn and coat with mustard mixture and grill another three minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees (or fish is opaque and seperates easily). Top with herbed mayonnaise and serve with wild rice. |
