Directions:
Heat sauteed pan to medium-high heat and add olive oil. Stir in mushrooms, garlic, rosemary. Then deglaze the pan with brandy. Remove from heat and let stand for ten to fifteen minutes. Add goat cheese to mushroom mixture. Spoon filling into pastry sheet and tie with a strip of leeks. Place on sheet pan in a preheated 375 degree oven until pastry starts to brown.
Can present over a tomato coulis. |
