Directions:
preheat over to 350 degrees
to prepare filling, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over peaches in a lightly coated 13 X 9-inch baking dish to prepare topping, combine flour, sugar, corn starch, baking powder, and salt stirring well. Cut butter into the flour mixture with a pastry blender, add half and half, gently knead dough until moistened. Drop dough by spoonfuls evenly over top of filling. Bake for 50 minutes serve over ice cream and enjoy. |
