BLACK BEAN SALSA
Ingredients:
  • 1-15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 1-10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • ½ cup whole kernel corn, frozen or canned
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 T lime juice
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin

    Directions:
    Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
