Pumpkin Crunch Cake

Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten
1 can pumpkin (2 cups) 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 12 oz. can evaporated milk 1 box yellow cake mix (pudding in the mix) 1 cup pecans 2 sticks butter |

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan. Mix together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, spice, evaporated milk; pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture. Sprinkle on pecans and pour melted butter over top. Bake for 50-60 minutes. |
