Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp with Tasso Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
  • 3 Jumbo Shrimp

    Crab Meat Stuffing
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups of panko
  • 1/2 diced green pepper
  • 1/2 diced red pepper
  • 1 stalk diced celery
  • 1/2 diced yellow onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • dash of Cajun spice
  • 1 oz monterrey jack cheese shredded

    Tasso Cream Sauce
  • 1 qt. heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 oz. diced tasso ham
  • dash of cajun spice
  • Directions:
    In a large saute pan heat olive oil and saute green peppers, red peppers, celery, and onions over medium heat for two minutes.

    Add the garlic, cajun spice, and panko; saute for one minute and turn the heat to low.

    Add lump crab meat and monterrey jack cheese.


    Tasso cream sauce

    Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce by half.
