Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp with Tasso Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
3 Jumbo Shrimp
Crab Meat Stuffing 1 pound crab meat 2 cups of panko 1/2 diced green pepper 1/2 diced red pepper 1 stalk diced celery 1/2 diced yellow onion 2 cloves minced garlic dash of Cajun spice 1 oz monterrey jack cheese shredded Tasso Cream Sauce 1 qt. heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup white wine 2 oz. diced tasso ham dash of cajun spice |

Directions:
In a large saute pan heat olive oil and saute green peppers, red peppers, celery, and onions over medium heat for two minutes.
Add the garlic, cajun spice, and panko; saute for one minute and turn the heat to low. Add lump crab meat and monterrey jack cheese. Tasso cream sauce Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce by half. |
