Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 smoked ¾” pork chops
¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon coarse ground pepper Maple Glaze ¾ cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray skillet with cooking spray Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on medium heat in skillet Brown pork chops on both sides Combine glaze ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil stirring constantly Remove from heat and set aside Place browned pork chops in casserole dish and cover with glaze Place in oven for 15 minutes uncovered Remove and enjoy |
