Two men are in jail after police say they tried to kidnap a young girl from her school. But in this most unusual case, kidnapping wasn't the only motive in mind.

Imagine what could have happened had the school not enforced their rules and procedures for picking up a student. We don't always agree with the rules when they inconvenience us, but this time rules may have prevented a tragic kidnapping.
