Louisville Football Limping To The Finish

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Louisville coach Steve Kragthorpe says he has no immediate plans to make changes before the Cardinals' season finale at Rutgers on Dec. 4.

Louisville fell to West Virginia over the weekend to extend its losing streak to four games, the longest in a decade. The Cardinals (5-6, 1-5 Big East) need to beat the Scarlet Knights to avoid their first losing season since 1997.

Kragthorpe said Monday his team's biggest problem has been turnovers. The Cardinals have given the ball away 22 times in their six losses and just six times in their five victories. Louisville would need to beat the Scarlet Knights and get some help to earn a bowl berth. The Cardinals missed a bowl last season after finishing 6-6.
