BRISTOL, Tenn. (AP) -- Kyle Busch has bounced back from a disappointing defeat with a victory in the Sprint Cup Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
There was no heartbreak Sunday. Busch led 378 of the 502 laps en route to his second win of the season. Denny Hamlin finished second and was followed by Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon and Kasey Kahne.
Busch dominated the Nationwide Series race Saturday, but was eliminated from contention when his crew let a tire slip away during the final pit stop. After leading a race-high 157 laps, he finished sixth.
This is the third consecutive race won by a Busch brother. Kyle Busch won at Las Vegas this month, and older brother Kurt followed with a win at Atlanta.
