Hot Rods Washed Out Thursday Night in Lexington
Second half to Bowling Green's season will be a day late getting underway - Hot Rods and Legends will play a doubleheader Friday.

(Lexington, KY) – After late afternoon thunder storms rolled through Lexington, the Hot Rods were rained out in their second-half opener against the Legends on Thursday night. The teams will try to begin the second half of the season on Friday night with a doubleheader beginning at 4:05 PM CDT. The doubleheader will consist of two seven inning games.

In game one the Hot Rods will throw LHP Frank De Los Santos (3-5, 4.08) followed by RHP Nick Barnese (1-1, 1.59). Lexington will counter with RHP Kyle Greenwalt (4-7, 3.87) in game one followed by RHP Jordan Lyles (4-6, 3.09) in game two.
